Shipping & Returns

Pretty in Paint will ship using the fastest and cheapest way possible. Usually this means USPS, UPS and FedEx

Once our products ship please allow 1-10 business days depending on the  carrier and final delivery destination.  We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time. We are not responsible for delays due to the fault of the delivery carrier or weather conditions.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Please email us at web@prettyinpaintshop.com and enter RETURN CLAIM in the subject line. Upon receipt we will review the claim for the return. PHOTOS are required for us to see the damage or quality of claim. All claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery of the product you ordered. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns due to shipping damage will be replaced or refunded.

All other qualified returns will result in a credit to your original form of payment. When sending a claim please leave all of your information: Name, phone number, specific damage and photos.
